In May of 2006, I met the love of my life at an airport! After six months of a long-distance love affair, I convinced him to move to Dallas, TX! We married March 21st, 2009. The next May we bought our first home in Plano, TX and on May 22nd, 2011 we welcomed our son, Joel. Murad works as a court investigator and I work as a student assistance program specialist for a large school district. We round out the Campbell clan with Murad's daughter Abby, and our two Siberian Huskies, Sampson and Maya!
Murad and I love food. We love to experiment in the kitchen and try all the new restaurants our city has to offer. We love to shop and eat locally; we are slowly learning about all the great places our little city has to offer. In addition to being out and about, our greatest moments come from watching our son grow and play; he is the light of our lives! I enjoy making our home a place that is safe and nurturing for him. This blog is for our friends and family to read about the daily happenings in our lives, and find out what is cooking with the Campbells.
